WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN FITNESS ACTIVITIES, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH ACTIVITIES WERE INSPIRED BY, SHARED ON, OR CONNECTED TO THE APP.
You retain ownership of content you post to the App ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.
You represent that you own or have the rights to share any content you post, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

AURETHON IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, SPONSORED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH ANY GYM, FITNESS CENTER, OR FITNESS FACILITY DISPLAYED IN THE APP.
The gyms and fitness facilities ("Third-Party Gyms") that appear in AURETHON are independently operated businesses. By using AURETHON, you acknowledge and agree that:
The communities and leaderboards within AURETHON are user-generated and are not created, endorsed, or managed by the gyms themselves.
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by AURETHON and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURETHON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AURETHON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
