This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and AURETHON ("we," "our," or "us") for the use of the AURETHON mobile application ("the App").
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

AURETHON is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive community for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

We reserve the right to ban any user who posts objectionable content, including bullying, harassment, or hate speech, without prior warning.
If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may appeal by contacting support@aurethon.com with a detailed explanation.
As a user of AURETHON, you are responsible for:
The App, including its code, graphics, user interface, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by AURETHON and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, but by posting content, you grant AURETHON a license to display and distribute that content within the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURETHON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as OpenStreetMap for gym data). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may be required for continued use of the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We may terminate your access at any time for violations of this EULA, particularly for posting objectionable content.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated EULA in the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
